CSV DataTable

If you intend on doing a lot of surveys, it may be worth it to have a technically minded employee transpose the data from the CSV files into a format that can either be imported or scripted into other downstream softwares.

This could benefit with calc software or even CAD software. If one is really inclined, all generational objects (ones with ‘parent > child’ or ‘grandparent > parent > child’ relationships) can be associated by their UIDs (Unique IDentifiers).
