ambrePole is a Pole Profiling - Mobile - Telecommunications Survey Application (designed for iOS).
ambrePole’s product export accommodates two main interests:
Comprehensive pole network survey: used to further perform pole load calcs and produce construction permits.
Partial pole survey; that does not require capturing the pole attachment data, but rather focuses more on the element position and pole attributes for general telecommunication engineering needs.
AmbrePole even includes a powerful feature that allows data between projects to be merged (as per meticulously defined rules) so that two surveyors can work on the same project at the same time. For example, the less experienced surveyor could take the photos and enter the pole branded data, while the other identifies build issues and populates pole attachment data.
Clients using ‘ambrePole’ with the 2nd interest are usually content with what the app can export on its own at any given time.
The former ‘full’ interest, when exported from the app, has the option of being sent for processing (which can be turned around almost instantly) and returned to the destination defined in the export process.
Either option can be combined with LIDAR survey methods or performed stand alone.
